NB – the maximum numbers depend on:

  • type of event e.g. use of stage, tables format used and layout
  • use of floor space by performers or presenters
  • space and comfy factor required for attendees
  • mix of children and adults
  • mix of standing and seated
  • ensuring fire exits are kept clear

Main Hall dimensions and usable space are approx. 39ft (12m) x 43ft (13m)

The stage area is approx. 27ft (8m) x 13ft (4m).

Hire rates include fair use of the tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, heating, power, water and normal lighting.

Tables:

Round - 4ft (122cm) diameter - seat 4-6 : 16

Rectangular - 4ft x 2ft 6in (122cm x 76cm) - seat 4-6 : 4

Rectangular - 6ft x 2ft 6in (183cm x 76cm) - (seat 6-8) : 14

Chairs:

Aluminium colour frame with blue seats/backs : 150

The stage is ideal for a DJ, Entertainer, Drama Production, presentation or “top table”.

Bouncy Castles or similar activity for Children’s Parties can be used (but due care must be taken NOT to damage the floor or remedial costs will be incurred).
